Marinated Cucumber Snack/Salad

A Delicious, Refreshing, Low Calorie, Gluten Free Snack for Summer. A great way to use up the left over Original Flavor Oil.


1 Jar of YogiBalls, Original Flavor

2 Cucumbers

Salt and Pepper to taste

Slice cucumbers and layer it on a plate. Scoop out the YogiBalls Original oil from the jar, making sure you get the spices, and sprinkle on top of cucumber slices. Add additional salt and pepper if desired and serve.

It is that simple. I absolutely love making this snack in the summer when I'm craving something in the afternoon and it's too early for dinner. And it is so low in calories!
