· 1 Puff Pastry Sheet*
· 1 Jar YogiBalls
· Olive Tapenade
· Egg Wash (Beat 1 TBSP of water to an egg)
*You can use any puff pastry – by Pepperidge Farm or you can also get the Gluten Free puff pastry in your local grocery store.
Preheat over to 450F.
Roll out thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface maintaining the straight edges. Cut lengthwise into 3 even sections, repeat horizontally. You now have 9 squares.
I prefer the star shape, but you can use any. See below for instructions. Place one YogiBall in the middle of the star and garnish with a scoop of Olive Tapenade. Brush on egg wash on the pastry sides. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown. Serve warm.
To make the star shape, cut half way into each corners from the outside and fold each triangle into the middle. This results in a 4 cornered star shape. Place one YogiBall in the middle of the star and garnish with Olive Tapenade. Brush on egg wash on the pastry sides
To make super easy triangles, place contents in the middle and fold over to make a triangle, press edges together to seal.
